Slow-cooked beef goulash

Cook time: 8-10 hours (depending on slow cooker)


800gm gravy beef - sliced into small chunks

1 x can of diced tomatoes

1 x cube beef stock

2 x tablespoons plain flour

2 x tablespoon of minced garlic

2 x teaspoons sweet paprika

1 x brown onion diced

500gm potatoes cut into small chunks

1 x capsicum x diced

Salt and pepper

Sour cream to serve

Parsley to garnish


1. Add all ingredients in to slow cooker. Depending on how new/old your slow cooker is I put mine on high for 8 hours.

2. Serve between bowls with either rice/mashed potatoes/pasta and dollop sour cream and garnish with parsley.


Steff's Tip:

The longer you leave it the more tender your meat will be. It can be tough/chewy if not cooked enough.
